Meeting Objectives

The objectives of the meeting are to:

1. Update the HeLTI Council on:
   a. Cohort progress/implementation including adaptations and innovations
   b. Ongoing Research Grants/Projects
2. Gain Council perspectives on leveraging the HeLTI platform and partnerships
3. Discuss the integration of knowledge translation (mobilization) within the projects
4. Plan HeLTI Council’s roles and priorities over the next 5 years

Expected Meeting Outcomes

Review and/or agreement on:

1. Plans for knowledge translation – overall and by country (for REVIEW)
2
. Scientific plans for each project team and the Consortium (for REVIEW)
3. HeLTI Council Oversight
   o Feedback to the Research Committee following updates (for REVIEW)
   o Feedback to the WHO following the Secretariat report (for REVIEW)
4. Ongoing support from the HeLTI Council to the Consortium/cohort activities for the next 5 years
5. HeLTI Council’s roles and priorities over the next 5 years (short, medium, long term)
6. Meeting and chairing schedule, and tentative venue/dates for next meeting (for DECISION)

1. All presentations should be within 1/3 of given time and leave the remaining time for discussion and Q&A
